An Unique Wouters Tecnolub Technology

We have developped 2 different solutions for the coating of concrete paving stones.

We use the air flow to apply a very thin and controlled layer of product to have a perfect coating.

The liquid and atomizing air arrive by separate circuits to the injector of the nozzle.
The air / liquid is mixed at the exit of the nozzles (coaxial system). The liquid micro-droplets are pulled out by the airflow and remain locked into the airflow to prevent any oil mist effect.

This technology provides a reactive and perfect spraying accuracy.

These systems are recommended :

• for not too sticky liquids
• for quantity up to 60 gr/m² at a speed of 300 mm/sec

These systems offer a lot of Benefits :

We use our airless SB40 Dual Liquid nozzles to apply a controlled layer of liquid to have a perfect coating. of the paving stones.

The liquid is driven to our nozzles by a permanent circulation system to avoid any clogging problem and is sprayed at a low pressure between 2 and 3 bars wihout any air.

This airless system avoids the drying of the liquid at the outlet of the sprayers.

This technology provides a reactive and perfect spraying accuracy.

These systems are recommended :

• for high sticky liquids
• for quantity over 70 gr/m² at a speed of 300 mm/sec
